Q. When is the check-in and check-out time?
A. Check-in starts from 15:00 and check-out is until 10:00  

Q. Is late check-out / early check-in possible?
A. Yes, late check-out / early check-in is free of charge until 12:00pm depending on the room availability. Please inform us your request at least two days before your check-out date.  

Q. Do you have any curfew hour?
A. Yes, check-in is only possible until 9:00pm. After then, we lock our door. Should you arrive after this time, please notify your estimated arrival time via Special Request box or contact us directly.  

Q. Is there any internet access? 
A. Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in the room.   

Q. Can you store my luggage?
A. Yes, we can store your luggage at the Front Desk before check-in and after check-out.
If you would like to send it before the arrival day, the address is as below:? Make sure the booker's full name and the check-in & check-out date is written on the package. 

Q. Can we request for an extra bed?
A. Yes, we can arrange an extra bed with 500 yen per day.  

Q. Do you have a parking area? / How much is the parking fee?
A. Yes we have, and staying guests can park the car free of charge.   

Q. Do you have non-smoking rooms?
A. Yes, we have but the request is based on the availability. Please inform us your preference in advance.  

Q. What type of credit card can I use for payment?
A. You can pay with Visa, Master, American Express, DC, Diners and JCB.. 

Q. Can I pay my reservation fee before arrival?
A. Yes, you can pay in advance by transfering the payment to our hotel bank account.

Q. Do you have room services?
A. Unfortunately, we do not have any room services. 

Q. Do you accommodate pets?
A. Unfortunately, we do not accept pets apart from guide dogs. 

Q. Can you arrange any anniversary cakes or flowers?
A. If you notify us 3 days in advance, we can arrange you with an extra fee. Please contact us for further details.     

Q. Can we request a humidifier?
A. Unfortunately, we do not have any humidifiers. 

Q. Do you provide yukatas?
A. Yes, we have yukatas. 

Q. Are there any restaurants near by we can go for dinner?
A. Since all restaurants near by closes around 4:00 pm, we recommend you making a reservation or bringing food beforehand. 

Q. How can we get there from the station?
A.There is a bus from JR Nagano Station to our hotel that takes about an hour. Please consider that the last bus departs at 7:00pm from Nagano Station.
